Women's Self Defense Seminar
We are continuing our monthly self defense series with some updated techniques and state of the art self defense concepts that will help provide our participants with the tools they will need to survive a physical attack.

Kids Striking Class
Due to the overwhelming positive reactions we received, we are going to run out kids striking seminar on a monthly basis going forward. The fee is $10 for current students, and $15 for walk-ins. We highly recommend this introductory course for those interested in taking personal self defense to the next level.

Women's Self Defense Course
Back by popular demand
We had such positive feedback from the ladies who attended our last seminar, we are going to make it an ongoing monthly event. Our focus is on primary self defense and self defense strategies designed to help keep you safe and in the event of a physical altercation to keep you alive.
Our newest instructor Brad Brandt is a Sergeant at Berks County Prison and is tasked with overseeing groups of other officers as they deal with some of the worst criminals the area has to offer on a daily basis. His background as a corrections officer as well as time spent as an amateur boxer and kickboxer combined with his knowledge of jiu jitsu make him uniquely qualified to teach this course.
We welcome any ladies who would like to learn how to be a little safer and get in a workout while having a great time learning in a safe fun friendly way.
Cost- $10 for all returning students — $15 for newcomers

Kids intro to striking/striking defense
Due to several requests, we are going to do a one hour seminar for kids introducing them to striking and striking defense strategies. Our goal is to further our students awareness of the proper postures and stances (which includes hand and foot placement) in the event of an confrontation with an opponent who intends to punch or kick them.
This event is open to the public but only by pre-registration which can be accomplished via email or on our Facebook page. The cost is $10/for current students, $20 for guests.

We are going to close the school for the weekend so that everyone can enjoy their friends and families (Black Friday shopping moms…) and make the most of the holiday. We will be back on Monday Dec 2nd to carry on as usual.

Women's Self Defense Seminar
We had such a great time the first time we ran a seminar we have decided to do it again!
Stop in and train with our instructors as they cover some basic self defense concepts. This course is for ladies only and will concentrate on techniques that will allow you to avoid assault and escape potential assailants once they have made physical contact with you.

Best Student Costume/pre-Halloween BJJ party
Come to class dressed in your costume for a little pre-Halloween fun!!! Awards for best costume and scariest costume will be given out, as well as candy and refreshments. Stop in and have some fun with our students and staff!
